We reviewed Customer Details and she requested and received a Chargeback from her bank for on I have attached screenshots with conversations with CS as well

I am in receipt of the complaint number mentioned above and respectfully offer the following in response. Ms. [redacted] did sign up for a Natural Garcinia Cambogia Burn/Natural Cleanse Trial. I assume the complaint is related to the $4.95 shipping on the 30 day supply. Then the... ongoing membership of $89.97 and $69.97. The trials were signed up for on 3/14/15 with 14 and 16 days from that date to try the 30 day supply that was shipped during the trial period. Ms [redacted] did not cancel within this time as stipulated in the terms and conditions agreed upon and subsequently billed for the products received. Ms. [redacted] contacted customer service on 6/05/15 at that time she was offered courtesy refunds for a resolution. A full refund was agreed to on the most current charges which resulted in a total refund of $89.97. This was agreed to as shown in the attached account notes and the customer was satisfied. The customer was advised of our 30 return/refund policy but was refunded the March and May Garcinia charges due to a charge back We did offer 50% refunds for charges outside our policy which she declined. Today after review by Manager we have made a good faith adjustment of both remaining $69.97 charges that customer should see within a few business days on her card. In this case, the offer is clearly defined as a trial program with a summary of the program terms provided on the check-out pages, and full details provided in the Terms & Conditions. See: [redacted] Despite the fact Ms [redacted] appears to have missed all of the on-site verbiage detailing the program, we still provided her with a number of ways to contact us as follows: All of the email correspondence that she received from us includes instructions on how she could have contacted us by telephone or email to get more details or to cancel. We provide a 7 day a week Customer Support Line at ###-###-#### and we strive to answer all calls within 2 minutes or less.We have provided you with a copy of the complete record of our communications with Ms. [redacted] . If so, they would clearly hear that their responses were far from professionalNo the company can't trust that their response has resolved anything The above statement Is far from the truth The representatives were very disrespectful and unprofessional No, I'm not pleased, because the number next to the charged amount on my bank statement should have been a working phone number In addition, I didn't receive any email correspondence from them regarding the product So, therefore I didn't have another contact number In addition if you google the company, they continue to do this to many customers If they were a company who would want to save there reputation, they would act in integrity and refund my money, because the number provided is incorrect
