Called on 5/2/11 to repair brick step Responded to ad in my local newspaper..6/15/11 Steps repaired.I called 3 days later as 1 crack was left open and steps not cleaned properly.Men returned 7/20 repaired open crack and said they re-cleaned and it would look good when it dried.7/22 left message that steps were worse than before,cement not washed off.I asked they they be finished within a week. No response.8/2 I had a friend acid wash the steps and they look better. 8/4 left message on business phone that I was so unhappy with his finish and failure to return my calls that I was filing a complaint with Revdex.com.
