The [redacted] NY [redacted] has spoken to [redacted] and has offered a Free replacement liner as a courtesy

We have warrantied the liner for the consumer and will change it out at no chargeThe liner change will take place on Wednesday 8/** The liner has to be picked up from the store prior to this appointmentWe will call with the timeframe the day prior

Attached is the actual paperwork from purchase it explains in detail about the "Leak Trac 2200" service and even states in bullet# that is you not planning to be home during this procedure our technicians will mark your pool ledgeWe do not provide any patching nor mention patching since it is not part of the service

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: My pool is destroyed and there is no way to put a liner in a pool that is only half standing and twisted and bentI have tried to post a picture of how twisted it is, but I keep getting an errorOn Sunday I told them this was going to happen, but they don't carry this liner in the storeI really wish to speak to [redacted] I use to own my own business and I know he would resolve thisI am disabled and unable to try and fix this pool by myselfI was also told that even if we can get the pool itself bent back in place where it is creased it will rust and rot the liner in 1-yearsThis came from another pool company I called yesterday and another today told me the same thingPlease let them know I am not going awayThis is no way to run a company and to be told no one knows how to get a hold of the owner makes me wonder what they are hiding!!! The consumer Paid and has a receipt for a Leak Check service to determine where the leak was in his pool*** *** did not pay us for a Find and Fix service which is $plus taxto determine where a leak is and patch up to leaking areasWe performed the service on 6/*/as scheduled by

We have spoken to the consumer on 7/** in reference to the leakShe agreed to wait until the end of the season to change out the linerWe are coming out on August *** to check the liner for verification but have agreed in principle to change the liner at the end of the season

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: 

 This is the second time I am filing a complaint with this company. The first complaint I assumed the issue would be resolved when I was contacted by them to in order for them to come check the liner. The employee told me ithat would take 3 days for them to get in contact with me. I called on the fourth day and the associate told me my review has not been submitted uet, he apologized and I would get a call back tomorrow. Tomorrow comes and yet no call and so I call the following day and yet again they tell me the request for the liner was sent in for a review. I continue to receive the run around from this company and to be quite frank it's extremely unprofessional. All I want is for the liner to be changed with a set date and never have to deal with them again. During the first instalation made by the company and their employees, they were upset that I paid the workers before them a greater amount and as a result refused to use the extra yard of sand (50 bags weighing 50 lbs) sink holes have now started to form at the bottom and as a result of their incompetence, I feel now that the liner has ripped even more given the constant sand I find in my pool even when it is not in use for over 2 days. I am becoming extremely irritated with this company. All I am asking for at this point is for the issue to be resolved.My desired outcome is for the liner to be change at no cost given the incompetence of the workers who refused to touch one bag of sand to level the ground and instead place it as it was. Due to their negligence a hole has formed, one which the employee was made aware of, and one that I have yet to locate in which the sand is coming in.

Tell us why here...the customer can pick up order 1[redacted]. it is for the requested HY SP710XR5 valve.it is in stock in our [redacted] location.Since this is what the customer requested we feel the matter is closed.

[redacted] is responsible to secure her structure when replacing or performing her own installation work like any professional installer. The pool can only collapse if it is not installed properly or not re-assembled properly. [redacted] has provided photos of the pool missing the topledges etc... [redacted] has been dealing with the [redacted] of our [redacted] location [redacted] whom has offered a $400 price break off a replacement pool as a courtesy for her issues and a free replacement liner.

[Your Answer Here] we were never advised that any additional  money was required to fix the leaks.  why would we paid a company $130.34 just to find leaks and then have to pay someone else to fix them. when the leak finder came to our home we asked why he didn't fix  the leaks and his answer was he is the only person doing the job and they don't fix leaks anymore.  he never said it will cost additional money to fix the leaks because we would have paid the additional money rather than having to call another company to find and fix the leaks.

 I faxe4d over a copy of the receipt that I was given. no where does it state that they won't fix the leaks. am I to ASSUME that I bought a leak finder and not expect it to be fixed. what game are they playing. no wonder they can't keep their help. even the pool people that closed our pool didn't know what they were doing and my husband had to help them. but that is not the issue./ my issue that no where was I told that they wioll not be fixing the leaks.

The [redacted] NY [redacted] has spoken to [redacted] and has offered a Free replacement liner as a courtesy.

Had been bringing my vehicle to this auto repair service for years; [redacted] is the one that primarily works and manages the auto service department of the building located on Rt. [redacted] but it also functions as a bottle redemption center. [redacted] and I discussed the repairs I needed on my drivers door in depth via telephone; it was determined that I'd need to replace the door latch & pins and he informed me the part would be a little over $100. Then he'd need to weld a small portion of the door where the latch would catch when the door is closed. There was no discussion of having to remove the door and weld several other portions of the door which would take many additional man hours, which means a lot more money to pay. [redacted] never called and informed me of the additional work; instead he just went forward with the repairs which went from a couple hundred dollar job to a $510+ job. When [redacted] informed me of the total cost I was very upset. [redacted] wasn't understanding at all. In the end he only made arrangements with me because I called back and insisted but he then informed me he was putting a lien on my vehicle. I feel [redacted]'s personal relationship with an ex-boyfriend of mine was the reason for his unprofessional behavior & horrible customer service. I will never return to his shop and that's unfortunate because I not only provided a lot of business but I referred people to him as well.
