the CPO inspections before it can be deemed a CPO vehicleAll complaints that have been expressed have been addressed and taken care of under warranty for the customer, Since we have last seen the vehicle over 19k miles have been placed on the vehicle within monthsThis can often increase the possibility of mechanical failure.We will be happy with the customer bringing the vehicle and have a full inspections of the vehicle done.Thank youKoons KIA

We are sorry to hear that one of our customers had an unsatisfactory experience here at Koons KIA of Woodbridge, As customer satisfaction is our number one priority.Per the customers complaint her vehicle was taken to *** *** whom stated that the vehicle needed a transmissionWe then had to
take the vehicle to *** *** to have a second opinion done on the vehicleAfter they had the vehicle for several days and haven spoken with *** tech line, there was a code in the history that informed them that the Mass flow sensor was bad*** *** then repaired the Mass flow sensor and reprogrammed.The vehicle was returned to us with intent that the issue was fixedWhen the customer came in our used car director spoke with her in regards to getting her another vehicleAt this time we are unable to obtain financing for another vehicleShe then returned stating the vehicle was still not working ??operly.We took the vehicle back to *** to have the vehicle looked at again, due to a Slipping during gear changesAt this point *** tech line informed them to replace the transmission.On August 18, the vehicle was returned with a new transmission, no other issues foundWe covered all expenses incurred for the repairs.At this time the customer is back in her vehicle with no additional complaints

We do understand your concern.We also agree that items like the battery should not fail due to mileage.As stated in previous statement we will have one of our master technicians go over the vehicle and discuss with you any concerns.Please contact our service department and speak with the service manager to schedule the appointment I will make sure she is up to date with the current situation so she can address all of your concerns.Thank youKoons KIA

We are very sorry to hear that one of our appreciated customers had an unsatisfactory experience here at Koons KIA of Woodbridge, as our customer's complete satisfaction is our number priority.We did address the tire rotation at the time of the customers visit once she made us aware that the tires
had not been rotated.Per the Customers complaint, the General Manager and the customer had attempted to contact one another various times, with each attempt getting the other ones voicemail.On August 5th the Customer relations manager did get in contact with the customer, the customer still wanted to speak the General Manager, Customer was given an Email address in which she could reach him at, Since they had not been able to get in contact with one another

I am rejecting this response because: nothing has changed with the content of the initial complaint, there are still outstanding issues, regarding;- I believe there is a pre-existing transmission or drivetrain issue with the vehicle that will get worst and eventually fail. The dealer has failed to address this issue. Since I was not allowed to exchange the vehicle with 7-days as part of the dealership and Koons enterprise's "Buy With Confidence" advertising, I am requesting the dealer provide an extended automotive warranty that will cover the engine, transmission and electrical system for a period of not less than 36mo/36K miles.- The dealer has still not sent the reimbursement of $105.00 to cover the items that were not returned to me as promised on multiple occasions.
