The Revdex.comComplaint: [redacted] The client has declined to accept the response given due to the fact that not all issues have been addressedAlthough customer satisfaction is our number one priority, when client's vehicle was here for service we could not duplicate the issue.Several of the customers concerns had to do with damage done to the vehicle by the client, Client acknowledged that this damage had been done to the vehicle and would need to go to the body shop; We would not be able to repair.All concerns have been addressed and discussed with the client.We do apologize that the client feels that we did not meet there needs.We are willing to look at the vehicle again, and discuss any concerns with the customer at that time.Koons KIAJefferson Davis HwyWoodbridge VA

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: nothing has changed with the content of the initial complaint, there are still outstanding issues, regarding;- I believe there is a pre-existing transmission or drivetrain issue with the vehicle that will get worst and eventually failThe dealer has failed to address this issueSince I was not allowed to exchange the vehicle with 7-days as part of the dealership and Koons enterprise's "Buy With Confidence" advertising, I am requesting the dealer provide an extended automotive warranty that will cover the engine, transmission and electrical system for a period of not less than 36mo/36K miles.- The dealer has still not sent the reimbursement of $to cover the items that were not returned to me as promised on multiple occasions Regards, [redacted]
