cease-and-desist and if she continues to slander our company we will be taking legal action. As far as the original complaint, the member requested to cancel her membership through email. We advise the member that she would need to submit a written request to cancel by certified mail or in person at the location. She didn't either and her account went to collections. Our contract that she signed very clearly spells out our cancellation procedure and she did not follow it. She is mad that we did not refund her money when she did not cancel in accordance to the contract that she signed. She's written Horrible reviews on different social media sites she solicited her friends to write horrible reviews on several social media sites and I stated before our lawyer has sent her a cease-and-desist and has kindly asked her to remove her untrue reviews and slanderous comments.
