held no value as the contract price was $0. How does one receive money back when the value is 0? This lead to the confusion of the customer feeling entitled to her refund, though it is explained and the document contains her signature acknowledging a $0 value. After settling with the customer, we did decide to satisfy her concerns and move forward with a refund. Due to the length of time that has elapsed, we will need time to go through previous records in order to determine whether or not a refund has already been issued. There has been no contact with the customer for the entire ’15 year which means we’d have to go through stored records. However, we will be unable to refund the disputed amount of $580.42 because that is not the amount we received from the warranty company. Moving forward, we don’t have a disagreement of refunding at this point, but would like to ensure we haven’t issued the refund in the past or have already made a prior agreement with the customer. For future correspondence, the words to describe the business as unethical and the customers condescending remarks are not necessary at this point as a simple phone call to the office would’ve produced the same result. Thank you. Sincerely, Adrian C[redacted] GM

We purchased a vehicle in late November we were told about the 15 day / 500 mile warranty we purchased the vehicle and had it back there on Monday due to a tearing noise in engine we were told to go get it checked out which by the way they should have checked out the car however we had it checked out and were told it needed engine mountings as they were all gone and that it also needed a new battery. So which we got fixed have receipts for the work done and when we called about our title and plates which we still have not received we were told to contact a third party and we by the way need to pay for this service and the title and plates. This is certainly not a way to do business and how can you as a car sales business operate in this manner selling cars that obviously need repairs and they are not willing to stand behind and having to pay additional charges for title and plates.

Was on the edge about purchasing but it turned out to be a good experience. I read all the reviews prior to coming here, they had a car at a good price that was below value and thought I'd give it a shot. I'm very happy I made that decision because after all the dealerships I went to, they were the only ones wanting to satisfy my concerns with the car while still keeping me at good price. Very surprised very happy they were able to work with me

I bought a car from them on Ebay without seeing it in person. I called and talked to Chad and he said the car was in very good shape and I should feel confident in purchasing it. Being 1700 miles away I couldn't look at in person so I took a chance an bought it and had it delivered to North Dakota.

I couldn't be happier with the car it was everything Chad told me it was and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a vechile
