Jabour's Tax did prepared and filed our returns for and He charge $each time We received a notice from the IRS in December that stated we owed over $in back taxes, penalties and interest from our return I met with Jabour in person to discuss and he admitted he made a mistake even though he was given all necessary information including our return that was prepared by a CPA He offer to amended our return, but I told him I will discuss with my wife We contacted my attorney friend and our financial planner We decided to bring the return to a CPA to amend He found more errors that the IRS did not see He made the corrections and drafted a letter explaining Jabour's errors (included his tax prepared ID #'s) and asked that we be excused from the $penalty We still had to pay the federal $due the mistakes he discovered Our CPA also found errors on the state return ($to be paid) and said it must be paid since the state wil
