Review: I contacted jabra in reference to blue tooth not working properly. I followed their troubleshooting steps and that didn't fix the problem. I contacted Jabra back in reference to this. They provided me with my claim number and told me to fax a copy of the receipt in in order for me to get another blue tooth because it is under warranty for one year.On Monday, September 23, 2013 I sent them an email with attached copy of the receipt and case # [redacted] to [redacted] as I was instructed to do. I have not heard back from the company. I even called back and the representative I spoke with stated she was going escalate it and get back with me, still nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like for Jabra to replace my Jabra extreme 2 blue tooth, and I can send them the defective one back.
