I am rejecting this response because:While I am willing to ignore the fact that Pinnacle Structural Services is distorting the verifiable facts of the project to make themselves look better, I am unwilling to concede any resolution to this debacle of a job that has dragged on nine months past the agreed to completion date (Nov 31, 2015) - until such time as Pinnacle Structural Services successfully closes the Building Permit they opened (on 7/11/2016) to complete their job on my home's foundation Please see the attached screenshot (taken 08.03.2016) of the Loveland Building Department's public website showing the status of their permit (note - no dates for "Final Inspection Date" or for "Certificate of Completion Date")The permit is still open, therefore their job is unfinished. I also object strenuously to Pinnacle's dismissive reply that they do not have a contract with me. That is indeed a fact. However, I am the homeownerI am the residentThis is my house and my property they are working on - and they continue to behave as though I am a nuisance, not a key member of this project! I find that ridiculous, disrespectful, and gloriously self servingI've never seen or heard of worse "service"As part of that "service", they have withheld the final documentation for this project in an attempt to have me retract my Revdex.com complaintI first filed the complaint in March of this year (four months after they were supposed to have the repair completed)The Revdex.com contacted them for a reply - and they did nothing until July 29thThey completed the project under duress over two weeks ago - and still their client, the seller of this house, has not been given the final documentation which includes a certificate from the engineering firm that my foundation is complete to their satisfactionIn other words - they are holding the documents the entire project is designed to produce (a guarantee of structural soundness for my foundation) until I dismiss my complaint with the Revdex.comOh yeahthey don't have a contract with me, I remember. So as of this date - August 3rd, 2016, Pinnacle Structural Services continues to obstruct and prolong this project's completion, nine months after the date they originally told the home seller that they'd have the work done by. In order to accept any kind of "resolution" of this complaint against Pinnacle Structural Services, they must successfully close the building permit they received with the City of LovelandFailure to do so places me at risk of having to go through extraordinary measures to satisfy the Building Department that the project was completed legallyIf I am unable to do so - if the Permit for the foundation repair is not closed successfully, I will not be legally able to claim such a repair as completed in conformance with local Building CodesIf I cannot say that the foundation repair was done in conformance with the Building Code, then I cannot claim it at any time in the future when I may wish to sell the home.No Bank or Financial Institution will accept a foundation repair that was not permitted and completed to the Building Department's satisfactionA foundation repair that is not approved by the local Authority Having Jurisdiction will carry no weight with the banks, and will inevitably pose a problem to anyone wishing to buy this home.Pinnacle Structural Services must close the permit they received from the Loveland Building Department for work on my home.

I would like to thank you for allowing Pinnacle Structural Services (PSS) to respond to this post.? Let me start by letting you know the gentleman who posted this comment is not a client of PSS.? We do not have a binding contract with this gentleman? I feel this is a? sufficient
response but I will explain further.? PSS was contracted by a client to complete structural repairs on their propertyThe project was fully engineered by a third party Licensed Structural EngineerThe project was permitted by the appropriate building department? 3/4's through the project it was brought to a halt by? Xcel Energy due to a gas line that? had to be moved from the rear of the home to the front of the home for us to complete our work properly.? We immediately contacted Xcel Energy to provide the design? and complete the necessary work.? This process took almost monthsThis is when the new tenant decided he should post this comment.? Our client fully understood the reason for the delay.? The project was completed within a week of Xcel Energy performing their work.? ? This project was delayed, not by Pinnacle but by Xcel Energy? ? Thank you
