ProService Hawaii has been taking care of issuing benefits as soon as disability certification is received since taking over claims handling as of 5/18/15. ProService continues to pay benefits as disability certification is receivedProService has also been responding to Mr
*** via phone and email in regards to the treatment being recommended by his attending physician

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the monetary resolution is satisfactory. However the verbage used to describe my phone conversation with Ms. C[redacted] is exaggerated and accusatory. At no point did I yell at Ms. c[redacted]. I spoke to Ms. C[redacted] in a clear, consice, and  passionate mannor. Imagine a parent speaking with a child that had made a mistake, I never yelled, I corrected poor behavior. I find ProServices's response full of vebage that places blame and deflects fault.For Proservice to say that they "were informed that the check was not issued" makes it appear as though it was a clerical error. Ms C[redacted] knew that it had not been issued. I know this because she told me she hadnt had a chance to issue it on 3 seperate occasions over a 3 week period.Proservice could have easily remedied this situation by following through in the first place,by admitting fault, and simply apologizing.Just as I admitted fault by using an expetive to discribe my financial situation, and for that apologized.I am completly dissatisfied with the company and their lack of ability to complete lack of professionalism and effort.

ProService Hawaii ("ProService") thought the check was issued to Mr. [redacted], but when ProService was informed that it was not, ProService took immediate action to resolve.  On June 11, 2015, Mr. [redacted] called Maria C[redacted] regarding the status of his temporary total disability ("TTD")...

payment.  Ms. C[redacted] reported that Mr. [redacted] yelled and swore at her, so she terminated the call.  Mr. [redacted] called back asking to speak to Susan G[redacted].  Ms. G[redacted] discussed the issue with Mr. [redacted].  Ms. G[redacted] gathered the dates in question and made a commitment to Mr. [redacted] that a payment would be issued immediately.  Ms.G[redacted] discussed Mr. [redacted]'s use of profanity during his conversation with Ms. C[redacted], and he immediately expressed remorse, requesting that Ms. G[redacted] inform Ms. C[redacted] of his apology.  After the call ended with Mr. [redacted], Ms. G[redacted] asked Ms. C[redacted] to enter the payment immediately.  After confirming that Ms. C[redacted] entered the payment, Ms. G[redacted] called the check issuing office and requested that they immediately print and mail the check.  Ms. G[redacted] received confirmation that the check was printed and mailed within the hour.  Additional payment is being made to Mr. [redacted] in consideration of the late payment fees he incurred for his bills.
