JAC General Contractor LLC

My Name is [redacted] Owner of JAC General Contractor LLC.
I was contacted by a [redacted] to go and give this person an estimate. I provided this person with an estimate back in Nov. 2015.
I did not hear back from her until the city of Hillsboro permits department called me one morning and...

asked me if I had a job at this person's address,  I told the inspector that I had not pulled any permits for that location.
Later that day [redacted] called me and told me that they had put my name in the permits by this person. I later found out that they had signed a contract between this person and [redacted] with out my knowledge and she then proceeded to call me and tell me that she thought I would be responsable for this job.
she called a couple of times there after and left me a message clearly acknowledging I had nothing to do with this dispute but yet here we are.
I did not sign any contracts with this person nor my company or my self received any money from this person.
I have proof and I will pursue compensation for defamation of character!
