The soffit and siding in this area is hand high so no oine would need to use the railing to stand on in this area.Soffit the same: All houses that are built next to other house need to have solid soffit on the side facing the other house. Also code is that pieces of soffit should be turning around the corner going toward the house. This is the case and we followed fire code. The house would not have gotten a occupancy permit if this was not done proper. We know this to be true as we have had to change these many times.Trims painted different: We have been over there many times. The last time we were told everything is fine. Any small things would just"Give me something to tinker with"
I hope this email helps you better understand the issues I have been having with Allrose siding.These are issues that we are having with our new home are and have been ongoing. Allrose sent out a repair technician (Cassy) and he did work for a day and a bit and was never seen again.*** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** Cassy told me or times that he was coming back to fix the issue. It is sad but Cassy disappeared once I gave him a hundred dollars for helping out* *** ** *** *** *** *** ***This is where the delay arose as I believed he was a man of his word.
