Seller agreed to refund my item within one day of receipt. Today is Weds. Item was received Monday night according to tracking. Tried multiple times to contact yesterday, no response. No response to email sent Friday with a question either.

This was resolved on the same day. Customer assumed the product was wrongly labeled (it was not, cross checked specifications from manufacturer) and wanted to return/refund everything within a day. It was resolved and we have refunded the same after receiving return of the product.

Revdex.com to get the date of product order and delivery and allow at least 1 week before taking complaints instead of taking complaints the same day as product delivery.

I purchased a nursery bedding set for my baby girl's nursery, one of them being a monogramed Crib Rail Cover | Floral Rosewater in Peach from Jack and Jill Boutique. When I received my initial order it had three stains on the crib rail; one was a brown mark and the other two two were what appeared to be pen marks. In addition, the peach ruffle around the crib rail was a different color but same material as the bed skirt. I definitely wanted those two pieces to match and requested the crib rail ruffle to be the peach that’s on the bed skirt. Initially when I contacted Jack & Jill Boutique about these stains and fabric color mistake, they responded with the following:
"Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I have verified for you that the marks in the photo would have come from the seamstress' washable marker. Once the rail cover is washed these marks will come off. Moving forward, as courtesy we can offer a $10 credit for laundering costs.

Let us know if this works for you.

Apologies for the inconvenience."

I responded with that I wanted the peach ruffle to be the correct color and they accepted this and agreed to fix it.

However, when I received my replacement order, it STILL had the brown stain on the crib rail. I contacted Jack and Jill Boutique to advise them the brown stain was still on the piece and they responded with

"We can confirm that this was fixed and laundered professionally, and that is the most we can do at this time. As courtesy, we can offer a $25 refund for the rail cover. If you wish to return the rail cover or the other items in this order, you may send them back and we will issue a refund, but we can no longer replace unfortunately. Apologies for the inconvenience."

Who sends someone a STAINED piece TWICE and then refuses to rectify it with an unstained piece?! This is horrendous customer service!

In response to your complaint regarding ***/***, please note that we have offered as much as we possibly could both in your original order and with the replacement. For your reference, we had already refunded the shipping fee of $6.95, as well as provided a free upgrade to monogramming ($12), and a free upgrade to custom Satin ruffles (usually $20). When it was first brought to our attention that there was a stain on the rail cover, we had offered $10 towards laundering costs as that would have removed the seamstress' marker stain, but on your request we took it back, laundered it professionally and then removed and changed the ruffles, all free of cost. At this point we were already losing money on this order and repeated customization requests. When complained again that the professional laundering did not remove the stain completely, we offered to just refund the whole order if you would return it, or refund the railcover if you returned it, or give a $25 credit (even it is very hard for us to accept returns of custom made orders where many fabrics have been switched). You chose not to return the order for full refund and accepted the $25 credit, which was already credited to your original payment method. We could no longer replace the railcover because the ruffles fabric was not avaliable anymore to make another one. Since you had already accepted our offer of $25.00 towards laundering costs, we consider this resolved. Apologies again for any inconvenience caused.
