I am rejecting this response because: This is just silly! First of all, this business does not have any records of my accountThe last time I went into the office they the Office Manager told me that she didn't have a record of me entering the complex, and when I asked for a copy of my contract, she looked in my file and all they had was a change of address formSo there is no way they can have accurate records of when I called into complainSecond, I did call the office to let them know I had birds nesting in my unit shortly after moving in, the owner specifically said on the phone, "What do you expect me to do, control nature?" She did come out and look at the unit and said they could put steel wool in the openings you could see light coming throughI came back at the time we had agreed on (I honestly don't remember if it was the next day), and only the office manager was there and she said the owner had bought the steel wool, but she was not there and it was in her carSo the Office Manager and I made another appointment for me to come out, when I did, the Office Manager came out and put the steel wool in the holes for me and helped me clean up the messThere was straw and bird poop everywhere, I had not covered my items with a tarp, but with plastic garbage bags, and we found two nests and two dead birds, as well as a couple of broken eggsSince then I have had birds nesting other times in my unit, excessive dirt, as well as dead rodentsWhen I have contacted the office, the owner has been rude and unhelpfulShe did offer me another unit, and I asked if she had staff that could help me move it and she laughed and said noI do not think I have ever been aggressive, but I would say that extremely frustrated and upset about the utter lack of customer service and the rudeness of the ownerI have only ever had a problem with this newest office manager, because when I called to have her come out and look at the unit she said she would be right out, I waited for minutes in the rain for her, called her back, and she told me she had people in her officeI did drive to the office, which is just off the units, and there was absolutely no one in her office, but I went in there because I did want a copy of my contractI offered to show her the pictures I had taken and she refused to look at them, said I would have to talk to the owner, said the owner was out of town and she would contact me when she was backThis is not the first time I have heard the story that the owner is out of town, and will contact me, and I never receive a return call - another reason my behavior may be seen as aggressive, because I do call back, expecting a response I have contacted the office many times, not just once in and once in 2016, I have moved and had to contact the office, and I have had to update my credit card information, so that alone shows that they have no records and of our interactionsI am in the process of arranging to have my stuff moved from that unit, because there is extensive damage to my stored items between the animal infestation and the dampness that has gotten in the unit since it is not sealed - it is a corner unit, and the wall facing the outside has openings that you can see sunlight shinning throughNot that this has anything to do with my original complaint, but I am the single mother of a seriously disabled child and other things in my life have taken precedence over dealing with this company and it makes me sick to my stomach every time I have to go out there because of the damage to my items

Dear Representative of the Revdex.com, The customer in question has been renting from us for the past three years.  Soon after she moved into the unit she came in complaining of debris from birds nesting in the eve of the storage facility.  I inspected the unit and told...

her at that time that I thought we could put some steel wool up in the eve to keep the birds from getting into the eve.  I told her I did not have any and would have to purchase some.  She came into the office next day and wanted it done.  My office manager told her she would have to make an appointment to have us do it.  [redacted] never called back in to set up the appointment and I was under the assumption that either she put steel wool up into the outside area or the birds just quit nesting there.  That was three years ago.  We did not hear from [redacted] again until September 9, 2016.  When we did hear from her my office manager went out to her unit and saw that she did have a small amount of hay in her unit that had fallen on a tarp that she had covering her items.  She requested that I give her a call which I did.  When I called her I told her that I would go out and look at the unit again to see what was going on.  She reported that my office manager had already fixed the problem and it would not be necessary that I go out there.  Then, on December 9th [redacted] complained that her unit was getting wet and wanted my office manager to go out and look at the situation.  When [redacted] left the office we had a number of people come in to make payments.  Before my office manager could get out there [redacted] was back in the office complaining that she was being ignored.  The 10th is the cut off for making a rental payment before our tenants get a late fee.  I believe my office manager was busy and had not gotten out to the storage unit yet.  Since there is no foot traffic through the gate [redacted] did not need to stand in the rain as she claimed. [redacted] is a very difficult person to work with.  She is prone to aggressive behavior that makes it hard to deal with her.  [redacted] came to us because her mother rents storage from me, 3 units.  I have a good relationship with her mother.  [redacted] is a different story.  I told her back in 2013 that I had other storage units she could move to.  I told her in September 2016 that I felt, because of her hostile nature, that it would probably be a good idea if she found another storage facility because she was so unhappy with us.  Things that she claimed in her statement to you should clue you in that she over exaggerates situations (ie: standing in the rain for 15 minutes and 1 inch of dirt on her things).  Frankly, I am glad to hear she is moving to a new facility as I requested she do. As with any bad situation I wish this outcome was different.  We work very hard here to accommodate our customers and have good report with most of them.  I hope [redacted] will find a situation she is happy with.                       Sincerely, [redacted]
