Hello [redacted]! It is unfortunate that you had a negative experience at Horseshoe
Casino. We are required to ensure guests are not intoxicated in order to comply
with Ohio liquor control laws and responsible gaming principles. This is the
responsibility of all Casino employees....

Security personnel are tasked with
specific implementation when a guest shows the signs of intoxicated. In the
interests of safety and effective risk management our personnel are trained to
recognize indicators and request guests leave the Casino when they are
suspected of being intoxicated. The determination that a guest is intoxicated
is a judgment call at that point. Guests who are asked to leave are welcome to
return after 24 hours. I ask that you understand that the safety and
responsible gaming of all Guest is our number one priority.
