I am rejecting this response because:
I received a phone call from the business asking for me to send my bill and lease policy to "[redacted] -- I e-mailed and scanned said documents on Monday and haven't heard back. I am not yet satisfied with the resolution and would like to keep this case open until a satisfactory resolution is met. This case would've been "automatically closed/resolved" tomorrow unless I reject the response and, as I mentioned before, that seems like an easy way out.

Please contact our General Manager [redacted] ###-###-#### EXT. [redacted].Sometimes the office is backed up which may cause a delay in the check being cut. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

[redacted] the check was sent out. I am not sure how this has happened multiple times. [redacted] is fully aware of this and is working with our office to resolve this once and for all.

Kenneth, please contact the warranty company. You will see the warranty only covers engine and transmission. All of our cars go through the shop and are rigorously inspected, they are then detailed and retailed on our lot. We wish there was something we can offer you, but there is no fault on our end regarding this issue. Best of luck.

am rejecting this response because:I was never informed and was assured that I would get the plates BEFORE the temps expired.I paid a service fee to get the new plates which should have been on time or my fee returned as it was over $200I leased a car that I was unable to use for 5 days because they did not get me the plates, thus the dealership should be responsible for my 5 day transportationI was told the plates were in te mail when they were actually mailed two days laterMy cousin also purchased a car on the same day and she received her plates on time.

received an email stating my complaint was channeled to a manager at Jack Daniel Porsche, however, I did not hear from them and the matter is still unresolved. Could kindly reopen the case as I am anxious to have this matter resolved. Thanking you!

We sent her the check for her last 2 payments directly. She had thought it wasbeing sent to kia direct. When she received the check she had spent it. All shewants is for us to give her another check. At this point we have done everything we can and have no other solution to offer.Thank you

At no time was this customer promised a OEM back up camera. The sales consultant made a mistake when initially selling the car and I tried to make it right with her by giving her a backup camera. I specifically told her I would be using an outside vendor to install the camera. Even after we...

installed the back up camera I offered to install another camera and she said no she only wants a new car. Which is an unrealistic task We apologize but at this point there is no other form of compensation we can offer. Thank You.

The issue is still not resolved. I called the number on the same day I got the reply. Manager [redacted] asked me to come personally and meet. I did go and met him. He said will get back to me the next day but did not get back to me or answer my call when I tried to reach a few times.

I am rejecting this response because: They had the plates several days before mailing them to me.They were aware that I lived in NY and assured me time and time again that they will be mailed to me before the expiration date. They even lied and told me they were mailed out 3 days earlier then they were.Only when I asked for the shipping information did they admit that. Very poor customer service and the fact remains that I was unable to use a leased car for  days because of a dealership error. I paid to have the plates picked up and they were not sent to me until 25 days after I received the car. Undisputed fact.This is no way to treat a customer.
