Review: [redacted] began seeing our daughter a couple of yrs ago for braces. We paid regularly as we where instructed. Back in Jan/Feb of 2013 we sat down with the Dr and explained that we had both lost our jobs and what could we do till we found a job so our daughter could get her service.[redacted] said will work and see daughter no issues....once we had a job to begin paying. We saved up some money and paid once in the timeframe. Just saved up more and called to make payment. They charged us late fee. We asked why, since they hadn't charged us one prior and the Dr told us we wouldn't get charged any fees due to the situation, and also because our account was paid ahead for services rendered. I asked for Dr to call me and explain, or I could talk to him at next daughters appointment so we could understand going forward.** Got a call today that they will not see us anymore. We are paid ahead and braces on daughters mouth. This hurts our daughter because we ask questions about how we are billed? we have all of this documented and ready to publish so no one else goes through this. Our total bill was [redacted]give or take, and we have paid over [redacted] of it....Why does the office feel our daughter has to suffer because we just had a question? if we are kicked out, then that dr owes us money and didn't live up to the contract for braces on his side...We need help!!Desired Settlement: We want our daughters braces comleted like dr agreed to. We want dr's office to see that we are trying to follow the direction they give us. Want for everything to be smooth, instead of one lady in billing constantly trying to talk down to people and cause them emotional pain. [redacted] is a great dr, however multiple people in the community all agree that the billing lady is rude, and makes up policy as she goes...

Dear

[redacted] was dismisssed from my practice wholly due to the inappropriate beahavior of her father. On two seperate instances, [redacted] berated my staff. They were forced to listen to these tirades, including multiple words that were totally inappropriate.

Please note that following the first explosion, I met with [redacted]. He told me he had lost his business and the family was under financial pressure. I agreed to suspend payment fee. This led to a second round of inappropriate screaming on the telephone. At that point, I decided to terminate the child's treatment. My staff does not deserve to be treated in such a fashion. They do the best they can.

Due to his own behavior, [redacted] now finds himself in search for another orthodontist. I have no control over other offices financial policies. We have informed the family that they should not pay us for any remaining contractual obligations.
