To whom it may concern, Yes, we did work for *** *** in March of 2017, but we did not do work for her kitchen sinkWe replaced a 1/2" water supply to the 2nd floor and a water heater with associated partsYou can view the attached invoice and work order from the agency she is referring
to: *** The reason *** probably ignored her call is because a kitchen sink is not in her work orderWe are contractually bound by *** to preform only the work on the work order *** is a program run by the City of Philadelphia that pays for work to be completed in homeowners residences that financially qualify for the repairsThe program is grant based and only pays for Basic System RepairsThis means, toilets, waste lines, water heaters, and other basic necessities for a homeowner to live safely We have reached out to ** *** several times regarding her complaint since 6/3/ There is either no answer, or she is generally unavailable and is not accommodating to our techniciansSince the *** program is for severely low income residents, we cannot charge them money to go to their homes, so we will set up the visit in the morning of the day we can come and one of our techs will go out for free to look at the issueWe call early in the morning around 7amJack, the owner of the company called 8/3/and she stated she was not available on 8/or 8/and she was not able to say which day next week she is available Jack said he will try to reach her again next week even though we are not contractually responsible for her kitchen sink faucetI would also note that the work was completed in March 13th of and she called in June, months later to complain about her kitchen sink faucet, that was not in our contractAgain, Jack is always willing to go out and confirm weather the work we did caused an issue and he will fix it if it did, but we cannot fix anything if the homeowner is not available

I spoke to the customer 9/12/I asked her want her general availability is and she said she is available most days until 3:00. I told her I will put her on the schedule for next week (9/18-9/22)I will give her a day and a hour window of arrival.I explained that Jack will review the work that was completed:1/2"water lineWater HeatervalvesGas valveSmoke PipeWe will review the work that was completedif there is an issue with the work that was completed that would cause an issue with the homeowners faucet we will fix the issue, at no chargeHe will not be making any repairs on anything other than the work that was completed. If the issue is a faulty or broken faucet that has nothing to do with the water heater installation then we will not make repairs, unless the homeowner would like to pay the standard service chargesPossibly the homeowner can unscrew the cap on the faucet head and clean out the screen, the screen may be clogged As I stated in our phone conversation, I will call the homeowner on Monday 9/to make arrangements for Jack to come out,The homeowner stated she is home most days until 3:I will make an appointment that works for both parties

Someone called me from his office and stated that would come back out as a courtesy and would not make any repairs. I can't use my facet properly  because only the hot side turns on. He stated that they didn't touch my sink and he was not even there. Someone moved something that waa in my sink when the work was done. Complaint: [redacted]
