I am rejecting this response because: Yes we went to mediation because he filed a claim against us in small claims court and thought we should pay him for the sub standard work that he did We had to pay others to fix his work which cost us more money I would not recommend this company to anyone and think there should be a record of this complaint so no one goes through what we went through

front range area I am sure you have never had a bad review on me or my company. This was just a situation that we could not resolve. I did do some work that needed re-done but never had the chance to make it right. The home owners elected to have others make those repairs to which I had no input.  All said and done it was a lesson learned. Thank you for the work your organization does to keep all on a level playing field. *
