I am rejecting this response because: it doesnt matter who paid for the work done by mr glass I was a renter in this property when the roof was put on I bought the property off of mr chappen in the guarantee came with the house mr glass saying mr chappen said he would maintain the roof is nothing but mr glass's words
as stated in my original complaint, mr glass has nothing at all written on my receipt saying maintenance must be done to keep the guarantee in place for years he continues to bring that point up but never wrote it down at all on any paperworkagain, mr glass giving his opinion about the roof being maintained probably would of lasted another years, is again only his personal opinionmr glass did offer to repair and recoat the roof, but found it necessary to charge me morewhich is not rightsince he was already paid for the job back in I feel if he is a good business man and stands by his word, he should refund my money he did a job years ago, with a year guarantee and does not want to honor the work donehe has made several excuses why he shouldnt honor the guarantee, but doesnt have anything written down on his receipt, stating any of this
honestly as a consumer, is it my job to know that I should of maintained my roof every years especially when nothing was written down by mrglass?

May 25, 20151. [redacted] has no legal claim as far as I am concerned because the roof was not put on nor paid for by her. It was put on for the original owner [redacted] whose address is [redacted], Folcroft, PA [redacted]...


2. [redacted] said he would maintain the several roofs I put on for him.
3. This roof has not been maintained from the day it was put on.
4. The chimney was re-stuccoed by someone who could have damaged the roof.
5. There is debris on the roof from years of neglect.
6. I came out of of courtesy and looked at the roof and asked them if they had done any maintenance to the roof in 13 years and they said no but had another roofer come out and look at the roof prior to my coming out.
7. The roof did not leak for 13 years and if it was maintained it probably would last for another 13 years.
8. GAF recommends the roof to be coated every five years.
9. I feel I am not responsible for the owners neglect due to the fact that I did not do the work for them and the roof has been neglected.
10. I offered to repair and silver coat this roof but the owner thinks I owe her a new roof.
