Phone response from Michael - The furniture is all Amish made in Ohio, we can't just call to find out progressWe have delivered her server and end table , still waiting on her table and chairsI went to Ohio to see the progress and try and speed the process upWe also offered her a loaner set
for the time being, but she declinedWe did offer a credit to express our apology, but we are trying to get her items as quick as possible

In May of 2016, my husband and I had ordered furnature for our new home and they mentioned that it would take about 12 weeks for the builders to make. The order came in 4 months later,except the table. After going back and forth with the manager and owner they had told us that he people that are responsible is an Amish furniture maker and they have no way to contact him or check on the status of my order. In the mean time they gave us a loaner in September of 2016 after we had paid for the furniture hoping that this issue would be resolved. After going back and forth for several months they said that the order had been lost a couple times and the order kept coming in wrong and they do not want to keep bothering the builder when they go down to pick up furniture. AT this point it has been over a year and all we want is the furniture that we had paid for with no more excuses.:The correct furniture to be delivered.
