We never want to have a unhappy customer, and we do apologize for not being able to make you Completely satisfied with our offer to repair your vehicle We only performed the suggested repair for the gas tank sensor that supposed to be the problem It turned out that it much than just the sensor We would never do a repair on anything that didn't need it or we would never try any up sale tactics such as Bait and Switch as you stated If anything changes and you want to change you mind on our offer, it will stand for days RegardsManagement Northside Imports

They charged me for a repair that did not repair the car. I requested a refund. They never provided it. They just keep wanting to sell me more parts, first starting at $1200 and now it's $450. This is classic bait and switch. They said my car was repaired and I paid in full. I drive it two blocks and the same issue - can't put gas in the tank - happens. They never checked their repair to ensure it was complete. They said it was the SIM - a part connected to the fuel tank - and charged me for that and labor. That part did not fix the issue and they again, never checked or they knew it did not fix the issue and instead thought I would fall for a more expensive repair.  This is classic bait and switch.
