This is a totally miss understanding , I sell a lot of items and to a lot of people , when she arrived at the shop to pick out doors my employee was confused because we do not make or sell doors for fireplaces so she called me and I told her to go to *** *** *** to
pick them out .My employee put her name with purchase order and informed h=er that she ordered a gas insert and need to look on web site of manufacture for door option.As I discussed with her and to save her money told her she didn't need doors that was an option and if want them in a later date she could choose from to many option to carry in my showroom.She was sent a confirmation of the order and told deposit are nonrefundable as stated on invoice as I'm unable to receive refund.We are her to perform the work as discussed in the consult .and in no way wavering at all.The door will not make the unit not work or work it just decorate the front of the stove insert

This is a continuation of a previous complaint for Jack Hill Stove ShopI have received two messages in response to my Revdex.com complaintsJack Hill mentioned a restocking feeAs I documented in the previous report, I visited the shop on Saturday, November during posted hours to look at doors for the stove as directed by Jack Hill at my homeDoor was lockedWhen the employee finally opened the door, I stated my business and she said I had no doors on the proposed stoveShe did not show me any stove, just brought up a website behind where I was stayingI asked to speak to Jack Hill on the phone and he directed me to go to the *** *** *** Store to look at doors*** *** *** directed me to Jack Hill in the first placeAt this point, I am confused and said I wanted to cancel the order as my check was cashed on October 17, and now it is November and I had not heard anything from the store, received no contract, no information on policies or procedures, etcThe employee said the policy is no refundsIn subsequent messages, Jack Hill said I would need to pay a restocking feeThere was no stove, or if there was I was not shown it on November 4, nor invited to the store to go over anything related to this situationWhen he was at my home, I was quite clear I was trying to increase the value of my home as my husband is recently deceased and I am trying to improve it to place it on the marketI feel victimized in this situation as I made a good faith effort, and I have lost trust in the entire situation.: I am respectfully requesting a full refund of $2,As soon as funds clear my bank, I will notify all parties that this has been completed to satisfactionsSincerely, *** ***

First you lied from beginning my employee showed you the stove and you started yelling at her about doors and she was trying to be helpful and show you the variety of door selection on line and was unable due to you yelling and uncontrollable vulgar language .the stove is clearly the first one when you walk in.You were sent invoice for the deposit and it clearly states no refunds.Im tring to work with you ,I now have to accept this stove and hang on to it till I sell it to get my money back.All my quickbook email recognize when received by customer and read All my messages were kind and trying to make your bad day good
