First you lied from beginning my employee showed you the stove and you started yelling at her about doors and she was trying to be helpful and show you the variety of door selection on line and was unable due to you yelling and uncontrollable vulgar language .the stove is clearly the first one when you walk in.You were sent invoice for the deposit and it clearly states no refunds.Im tring to work with you ,I now have to accept this stove and hang on to it till I sell it to get my money back.All my quickbook email recognize when received by customer and read . All my messages were kind and trying to make your bad day good .
