This company called me a work over a doctor bill, when I told them I would like to set up an arrangement to pay over half of the amount owed and pay off the balance in a week's time, the man then refused and stated that if I did not pay today he would take me to courtI remained calm during the length of this conversation, yet the employee became very rude and accused me of "coping an attitude"When I again explained to him that I wanted to pay over half of the amount due and pay the rest in a week, he then threatened to take me to court and thus make me owe hundreds more in court costsI again tried to explain the situation to him and he began being even more rude, to the point of yelling at me over the phone and then proceeded to hang up on meI do not think that this is the way to conduct business especially when somebody is trying to set up payments in order to resolve the debt
Very rude, I contacted the company my debt is with they confirmed they do business with this company and agreed to look into their services with accounts research

I have used this agency for business collections several times successfully. As a business owner, I would recommend them. The debtors are complaining, which does not surprise me.
