My carport collapsed in February 28, 2015 and it took WINMAR, Lonmdon, ON, over 8 months to finally complete the rebuild. During that time, I had to ask that the first Project Manager be replaced as his attitude and treatment of me was dismissive and disrespectful. The second Project Manager was excellent, but each sub contracting step in the process was unbearably slow despite his best efforts. There seemed to be no overall supervision by [redacted] WINMAR of the progress of my job and every excuse in the book was given for taking more than eight months to replace a simple carport. The end result is excellent, but one has to be in superb mental and physical health to be able to endure the shenanigans of this company. [redacted]
