Mr*** did not buy a vehicle from Jack Key Nissan, however his wife did over a year agoOur delivery process requires customers to receive both sets of keysOn a rare occasion if one is missing a "we owe" is given to the customer and a duplicate is made and programed in our parts and
service departmentIn no way is a phone negotiation part of this processWe are not sure what circumstances have occurred in which Mr*** is trying to get a spare key to his wife's car but Jack Key Nissan cannot honor his requestIf Mrs*** has misplaced the spare then I will assist her in purchasing at our cost. we reviwed the case and have paid nissan corp the amount of $1831.25 which is the total amount of canceled products. Spoke with customer 7/15/15 explained amount remaining owed is her 500.00 dedcutible as well as overage financed from original purchase.
We have refunded a check of $988.14 on 3/4. Kelsey has been trying to contact the customer again about additional refunds, but since the car has been sold we are sending another check for $767.80 for all remaining products and changing cancellation date to 12/14. Sorry for delay but these products...
