Jack L. Cramer - Insurance Reviews (2)

I am not sure that we should attach the prove that the requests were made to the said insurance company for the changes as they list the insured's name, address policy number etc. We will send copies of all this documentation to the said insured in today's mail. The said insurance company...

has on file our request for the changes to be made.

Review: Three months ago I purchased insurance through Jack Cramer for a truck that I purchased. I have continually received notices from the financial institution that owns my loan that I do not have insurance. I also received a notice to suspend on 9.22.14 from the DMV, stating that this will occur on 10.27.14 and a $15 fee will be applied if insurance isn't proved. I have gone down to the office personally and Jack Cramer speak with the financial institution proving that I had insurance. Jack Cramer's office printed out a fraudulent form stating that I had insurance. After the financial institution spoke with the insurance it was supposedly worked out. I received an insurance card from Jack Cramer and expected that everything was fine. I used this print out to prove to the DMV that I had insurance. Two weeks later I received another notice from GM financial that I didn't have insurance. I looked at the insurance card printed out by Jack Cramer and the dates of effective policy are wrong. The dates say 8.26.14 through 2.26.14. I then went to the insurance website that Jack Cramer brokers through and they do not have my truck listed on the policy that Jack Cramer printed proof that I have. I have been paying money to an insurance company for insurance that doesn't exist. At the time of the purchase of my truck, I had Jack Cramer remove my old truck and place the new truck on the policy. This never happened. The insurance card that Jack Cramer printed out is fake. Basically, I have driving around and paying for insurance that doesn't exist!!!! I also gave, what I thought was proof of insurance, to the DMV provided to me by Jack Cramer that is a fraudulent document. I have been insured through Jack Cramer going on two years now, who knows how many more fraudulent insurance cards are roaming around on the streets.Desired Settlement: Refund and restitution for the inconvenience and hardship.
