Transmission work done and paid, but the transmission still does not work
Brought my truck to repair transmission on July 2,After the initial repair, the transmission respond the sameAfter three months and dropping the transmission two more times, it still was not fixedThe last attempt to fix was on Oct 5,
I paid $initially and additional $on OctThis was all paid by check.I requested a refund, but he has not responded
Took my vehicle for a transmission rebuild, I pick the vehicle up several times and had issues with the transmission did not make it home with it
Took my tuck to Jason's on September for him to rebuild my transmissionHe called on September and says it's ready for pickupI paid Jason for the jobHe stated to me he drove the truck and it shifts perfectlyI pick the truck up that evening and did not make it home because the transmission stop shiftingI had to tow the truck home and back to Jason on September September Jason calls and says he figured out the problem and it's ready, I picked the truck up that evening and drove it home miles awaySeptember I drive the truck to *** miles from my house and the transmission stop shifting againI have the truck towed back to Jason for the second time after he supposedly rebuilt my transmissionI called and texted Jason from October 4-11no answer or call backHe called me on October and said I'
I bought a transmission for this shop they sold me the wrong one then told me to bring my old one an they would rebuild it took two weeks to rebuild an after I had to keep calling an texting I finally got it back I got it back had it put in my ride only to find out that it was still doing the same thing before I took it out so he tells me to bring it back an he'll fix it so I took my ride to his shop he refuse to fix it or give me my money back im now in the middle of a civil suit for my money back after some research I found out that this is not the first time the owner of this business has operate this way he has a record of doing this an has been to court numerous times for the same thing
something nneed to be did how is he still able to operate a business still with his background?
