Disgusted
Poorest customer service I've ever experienced. Two males working there, didn't speak, and not once asked if I needed assistance. I saw the boots I wanted but their ugliness made me not wanna spend my money there. I pray they don't treat everyone that way. Honestly felt like they were prejudice

[redacted] ID# [redacted] February 15, Dear Revdex.com Representative: In regards to the letter that Cadillac Jack Boot received via mail of a complaint, we would like to share the story with youHowever, I will start by saying the customer has come into the store and was taken care of and problem has been resolvedThe customer had come into our store and made a purchase of boots on 10/10/(the boots were marked as a clearance item and she received additional 15% off because it was during Tough Enough to Wear Pink Week) **Receipt attached Meanwhile, she makes a call to the store and speaks with one of the Sales Associates, Jarred [redacted] , and she explained that she was from out of town hour minutes away from the store and the purchase that she made wasn't going to work because they didn't fitMr [redacted] told her she could mail the boots back and that when we received the boots that he would give her a call and have a refund put back on her cardThe boots then later on arrive through the mail with the letter to Mr [redacted] , however being the manager the package was brought to me for me to look into at that pointI told Mr [redacted] to give the customer a call and let her know that he could not give her a refund back on her card due to the item that was purchased was a clearance item(Policy/Procedure reads All Clearance Sales are Final, no Return or Exchanges) A few days later the customer calls in to check the status of the boots and that is when the General Manager and I agreed to keep the customer happy, we would give her store credit with the returnSo, Mr [redacted] explained that to the customer and she still wasn't very happy with the situationShe asked for the managers name, number, and emailHe proceeded to give it to her and she then sent me an email(it pretty much was the whole phone conversation I sat in on as well as telling me how she didn't like the way I handled things as a manger etc) days later the customer called and I, the manager answered the phone call and she proceeded to be very upset immediately at me not responding to her email, and I tried to talk very nice, professional to the customer and explained that I had received her email however, I did not see any purpose in replying to it, and I know how she feels and that we had taken care of the situation by giving her store credit at the store on anything that she chooses to use it towardsI then explained to her how it works with the store creditThe store credit was documented into the system on 11/29/2016, it never expires and can be used on anything in the store, when you come in the store credit will pull up by your name1, told her this is the best I can do because we do have policy and procedures that we abide by, but for this one time I am going above and beyond to make you, the customer happyShe then kept saying that she was going to go to higher levels and get this resolved, I told her I am sorry for her frustration but she can do whatever she feels she needs to doWe here at Cadillac Jack Boot City strive for good customer service and that is what I am trying to do with you, she then hung up the phoneI then receive a letter from Revdex.com stating the complaint that we had received upon us, knowing right away where it came fromThe customer came into the store 02/10/@ approx2pm, she had asked of the sales associates if they were [redacted] (with a very harsh way) then of the associates had called me from the phone in my office and asked me how to print out a store credit to give to a customer and I immediately knew who it was and I said, I would right downI went printed the store credit and made my way to the customer, introduced myself to her and explained the store credit to her and that I was glad she had come in to use itBut, in the letter of complaint it stated (that the store credit could only be used on clearance items) I explained to her that was a statement and she proceeded telling me that Jarred told her thatI said, no ma'am he never said that, but anyway I want you as a customer to be satisfied when leaving here so with this amount and I showed her, you can purchase anything in this store from clothing, boots, tack, home decor etcShe said ok thank youAnd, I made sure that she was treated very well while she was in our storeShe did make a purchase and used her store creditWith this all being said I hope you find that we at Cadillac Jack Boot City strive for great customer serviceIf you need to speak to me, feel free to contact me at the above informationThank you, [redacted] ***, CJBC Manager

11/29/@ 12:Never received a credit receipt, never received credit to my bank account, called store to find out what’s taking so long Telephone conversation with *** Told me to send an email to store manager, *** so they could look into it
11/29/@ 4:Didn’t hear back from anyone so I called back Asked to talk to *** He checked, came back & said she was in a meeting *** said *** agreed to give me a store credit but only for clearance itemsDid not like those terms, requested that the credit be usable for any item in the store They told me no Explained that I live in Corpus Christi (hrs away), that I only pass that way a couple of times a year They told me no again I asked
