Mr.[redacted] came to us wanting to trade the vehicle in not because it had issues at the time but because Mrs.[redacted] did not feel safe in it. We could not put a deal together due to needing more cash down and too high of a payment. We advised them to go to a new car dealer to trade since they have rebates and in most cases 0% financing and maybe that would accomplish their financial goal. Never did we discuss any current issues on the vehicle nor did we advise them to not disclose them to a prospected dealer. Mr. [redacted] has a deluxe extended warranty that covers mechanical issues, he can take the vehicle to any ASE certified service department in the continental USA including Chevy dealerships to have service perform. When Mr.[redacted] purchased the Avalanche he traded in a vehicle that he owed way more than it was worth, and he asked us to add the big difference on to the new loan.
