Good Afternoon [redacted] My name is Scott Pedowitz with Pedowitz Machinery Movers. We have been very compliant with [redacted] and have been assisting him since day one. When this issue came to my attention we took full responsibility of the actions that occurred from our employee and we reimbursed...

him the full amount he paid for a used machine that he purchased at an industrial auction sale. [redacted] accepted the offer and we didn’t hear from him until 3-4 weeks later when this claim was brought back to my attention. Once this came back into play we went a step further and sent the machine to an analysis lab to get reclaimed as a respectively working machine but the lab informed that the machine is not repairable but it has a highly value in scrap metal which that money has been always determine to return to [redacted] so he can get another fair respectable machine. We have incurred all the handling cost to get the machine to the location and back. We have also incurred the charges to get this machine analyzed for [redacted]. Now this is taking longer which is due to his actions of talking a while to get back to us and the lab reviewing the machine. [redacted] was informed that if we would make a claim towards out insurance he would only get back what he paid for, In which we sent him a check for the amount he paid for within a week this came to my attention. We Acknowledge his claim and offered to scrap the machine so he can get the high value amount of scrap but we cannot comply with his wants of a machine with a value of 15,000 .00 to 16,000.00. I hope you understand this situation that we are experiencing with [redacted] and hope we can all come to an agreement  with him.
