I ordered 16 pair of Jack Rodgers shoes on September 25 2020
Order 530171 3 pair
Order 529666 13 pair

In order 529666 there were 5 pair of Lauren mid heel summer sandals.
They are all very comfortable however 3 of the 5 five pair of the Lauren heels front soles are peeling off and causing me to stumble.

The bronze and cork heels are fine.
The black , blue and white pairs not working out to well.

I live in snowy Syracuse New York and was not able to begin wearing these shoes until May 2021.
After two months the soles are coming unglued.

First email sent to customer service on August 2 2021 second email sent on August 12 2021
As of today September 10 2021 still no response nor follow-up
