Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below [We have been trying to work with Jack Soban over the phone as well, he will not answer our phone calls and he will not call back my insurance companyMy [redacted] had $in damages from this company and they will not provide us with their insurance information and now they have stopped answering our phone callsThe driver they are talking about works for their company directly and is a relative of theirs so this is just a delay tactic they are using to say that they are going to look into itThey have had days to look into it and they have known about it since 6/10/when we called and told themThey do not want to work this out with us as they are simply avoiding the issueMy insurance company as well as my husband have been trying to call him and he will not answer the phone or return the phone callsThey do not care at all that this happened and they do not care about the customers in any regardWe are only money to them] Regards, [redacted]

we didn't sell you your $*** if you want refund you need to start your complains to the dealer or whoever sold it to you

[Thank you for showing everybody your true colorsYou are trying to shift the blameMy complaint had nothing to do with the vehicle purchase from the dealer, it was clearly stated that the problem was with your deliveryI have photographic evidence showing the vehicle at your place in Rhode Island when you told me on the phone it was New Jersey]

This company purposely lied to me. They had me leave work early to meet their driver, then after I drove 40 minutes they called me again to say the driver was three states away and wouldn't be able to make it that day. Please be aware that Jack Soban, Inc. is still working on this matter.The office spoke with the client this morning and an update will be provided to them by close of business Monday (07/27).This has gone to our insurance company - we are awaiting a call back for an update.We will provide an update to Revdex.com within a week.Thank you,Jack Soban

[We have been trying to work with Jack Soban over the phone as well, he will not answer our phone calls and he will not call back my insurance company. My [redacted] had $2000 in damages from this company and they will not provide us with their insurance information and now they have stopped answering our phone calls. The driver they are talking about works for their company directly and is a relative of theirs so this is just a delay tactic they are using to say that they are going to look into it. They have had 14 days to look into it and they have known about it since 6/10/15 when we called and told them. They do not want to work this out with us as they are simply avoiding the issue. My insurance company as well as my husband have been trying to call him and he will not answer the phone or return the phone calls. They do not care at all that this happened and they do not care about the customers in any regard. We are only money to them. ]
