This company purposely lied to me. They had me leave work early to meet their driver, then after I drove 40 minutes they called me again to say the driver was three states away and wouldn't be able to make it that day. The problem with their story is that I found my car only minutes away from where I was. I called them again to ask about the delivery and yet again they told me the car was far away. When I told them that I knew they were lying as I was looking right at the car outside of their office they then tried to back pedal. They then told me I'd have it first thing in the morning but only finally delivered it late in the afternoon. ]

[We have been trying to work with Jack Soban over the phone as well, he will not answer our phone calls and he will not call back my insurance company. My [redacted] had $2000 in damages from this company and they will not provide us with their insurance information and now they have stopped answering our phone calls. The driver they are talking about works for their company directly and is a relative of theirs so this is just a delay tactic they are using to say that they are going to look into it. They have had 14 days to look into it and they have known about it since 6/10/15 when we called and told them. They do not want to work this out with us as they are simply avoiding the issue. My insurance company as well as my husband have been trying to call him and he will not answer the phone or return the phone calls. They do not care at all that this happened and they do not care about the customers in any regard. We are only money to them. ]

we didn't sell you your $*** if you want refund you need to start your complains to the dealer or whoever sold it to you
