In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaints, we have done our best to satisfy the customer. We rebuilt his water softener twice at no charge. Any delays were due to the...
process necessary to obtain warranty parts. On April 30, 2015 we installed a new water heater for Mr. [redacted]. We installed this water heater in the same manner that the old water heater was installed. A near by shut off valve was available to shut the water off which we used to perform the work. No additional work was quoted, performed or invoiced.
On. January 24, 2017, Mr. [redacted] had another plumbing company install a closer and more convenient shut off valve, Mr. [redacted] then wanted Jack S[redacted] Inc to pay the other plumbing bill which 1 declined to do. f advised Mr. [redacted] that we would have Exlen happy to add the shut off valve at no charge if he had contacted us. I also offered to give him a free shut off valve if he came over to pick it up. He could either keep it or give it to his plumber in exchange for what he charged him S50.00 for, He did not want to accept this. We are still willing to give him the shut off valve that he had installed.
