not the property owner. I don't have a contract with him. I have a contract with [redacted]. I finally finished the job because they said they would pay me in full. but they didn't. I had afinal inspection and they owe me $6400. They have not paid me. He critized me all the time duringn the project. I did the job in a timely fashion until he missed a payment per contract.He was going to hire someone else to finished thejob, which is illegal because the permit is in my name. I decided to finish the hopingb he would pay me . He hasn't. I have hired an attorney.I wasn't rude until the final day. I pushed him and he hit me with a rake. It hurt.The neighbor told me to move my van and I did., I muttered something like [redacted] to myself as I was walking. The neighbors are white . I said nothing to LJ. In closing, I'm 61 years olds. I have no complaints from any homeowner. I'm in good standing with DOLI. I fee l that this is totally about LJ trying to smear me so he won't have to pay me. e hasn't paid me in full. He owes me $6400.n The job is done. I have a final inspection. He is out to get me so he has filed a complaint in order to not pay me. I have a list of referrals from my customers.
