Jack Williams & Sons Chimney Contractor Reviews (4)
Review: After you finished fixing and leveling my patio, and fixing the lower rim of my fountain, you agreed to create and attach a bowl to the fountain. Because of our existing relationship I paid you $500. Despite many phone calls on my part and many promises on yours the work has not been done.Desired Settlement: Once the snow is cleared, I would like you to finish the work started on my ornamental fountain. I paid you $500 and you have stated repeatedly that you will do so. You even agreed to a date and time and didn't show up.
Review: Fireplace does not work. Wrong size chimney liner was installed. Smoke chamber installed too large for liner. Top stone was removed & never replaced. Spoke to owner [redacted] several times to come back and fix problem. He never shows up or cancels by text message.Desired Settlement: Refund of $5,850.00
Review: The owner Jack Williams came and told me what was needed to repair my chimney. I told him I could not afford to pay the full amount. We agreed a down payment and the rest in monthly installments. He was suppose to come in 12-31-2014 to do the job. Well he never showed up or called. I called him and left him 7 messages on his office phone. Tried his emergency number which I could not leave a message because his mail box was full. We have been without heat and still no heat because my boiler was red flagged because of carb monoxcide . No heat as of Christmas Day.
This affects me because my mom is eldery and to be without heat is not good.Desired Settlement: Why he did not show up and avoided returning my calls. Nothing he can say or do to mend this. I would never recommend a cold hearted jack Williams the owner to my worst enemy. He should be out of business for what he does not do.
Review: We had the home fireplace repaired 4 years ago, and it's leaking & cracking. We have a warranty on the repair that expires in 2016. I have not been able to get them to repair the fireplace, and want to be sure it gets done before the warranty expires. They have come several times to assess the problem, but never actually show up to repair it.Desired Settlement: We want all repairs completed correctly before the warranty expires (which we paid for)
