Review: In February, I got the basic $10 car wash. My car came out filthy. So on March 4, when my like new vehicle again needed washed, I bought the $14 car wash. In the car wash, I was appalled to see dirty black water applied to my windows. There was no sign of any detergent or other cleaning product. Just dirty water was applied. When I arrived at the library, my next errand that day, I looked at my car. It has a layer of dirt so bad you can write "wash me" in it and it will be quite legible. Last autumn, I waxed my vehicle, so it should have cleaned right up.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund of $24 plus $20 = $44 to get my vehicle properly cleaned up. II already purchased window cleaning wipes so my windows are cleaner and not covered with dried on dirt. In addition, this car wash has to be shut down until it functions properly.I believe this is a franchise. Certain terms are required. The owners of the main company should make this right. They are charged with keeping their franchises in line.

Please be advised that the referenced complaint has been resolved. The customer was not satisfied with the car wash that the customer received and the customer requested a refund and reimbursement of $44.00.

A check was forwarded to the customer on March 15, 2014 in the amount of $44.00, representing a full refund and reimbursement as requested by the customer.

The response is partially correct. There were two different car washes, one for $10 & one for $14 in which filthy black liquid was used to "wash" my vehicle rather that what was stated on the signboard. It is much more severe than simply being dissatisfied with a car wash. They did send a check to reimburse for the car "washes" plus $20 to get a proper car wash and clean up my vehicle from the mess they applied to my vehicle.
