Review: I went to Lakewood Laser Wash on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at approximately 7:45am. I chose the $11.00 car wash, and I inserted a $20.00 bill. After it went through, the screen said "Cannot provide change. Unable to print receipt. Contact the attendant". There was no attendant on duty, so I got the phone number off the screen (216-712-7662). I left two messages that day, and called several times the remainder of the day, as well as the days after. I still have not received a call back. I realize it's only $9.00 and I sound cheap, but it's the principle of the matter, and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: $9.00
