Review: Worst window cleaning service ever. Jack's Maintenance bought out Pro-Clean Windows and has ruined Pro-Clean's good reputation. I was with Pro-Clean for 10 years and they did a great job. The first year Jack's took over they failed every way possible. They are terrible at communication. Their CSR stated they accept credit cards but when payment was made they would not accept credit cards. They never showed up for the scheduled appointment then they showed up on the wrong day for the rescheduled appointment. Once they got it straight they destroyed the home. They dumped a bucket of dirty water on my leather sofas and never cleaned it up. The did not put the furniture back that they moved to get to the windows. They missed cleaning several windows but still charged me the full quote for all the windows. They did not re-clip the windows back in place. After they left it took me two days to correct everything they messed up. I called several times and talked to a CSR and asked for the owner to call me back. The owned never called me back after repeated attempts to get a hold of her. Finally, after three attempts she called me back and stated they would make it right on the next cleaning. I just called to have that done and they offered an insulting discount when they should have comped the service. I should have refused payment on the first cleaning because they did not provide the service they quoted me.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $450 paid for a service that was never provided as quoted and agreed to.

I am in receipt of a letter to [redacted], dated 7/08/14. As she is currently out of the office for the week, I will respond on behalf of Jack’s Maintenance.

Jack’s purchased ProClean in late May, 2013. Service for the [redacted] residence was performed shortly thereafter. No question, it was a challenge getting the new company up and running, and it appears the service for Mr. [redacted] was not performed in the professional manner we expect from our crews. We are confident that we were able to turn things around and believe we continue to run ProClean with the same dedication to service that has served Jack’s Maintenance well since 1952.

We are more than happy to reimburse the $450 service fee to Mr. [redacted]. Unless I hear differently from you, I will mail a check directly to him.
