Was not satisfied with my take out purchase as well as the owner and manager not allowing me to obtain a refund without me bringing the burger back Order #January 25th I purchased a take out order and brought it home to eatI was very dissatisfied with the burger as it had no flavor whatsoeverI called to complain and how to get a refund where the manager named Allen proceeded to be very disrespectful and told me to not come backOffered no assistance whatsoeverI then woud up speaking to the owner who refused to process my refund (even with a valid receipt) unless I brought the half eaten burger backI had thrown out the burger as it was turning badI do not understand why I cannot receive a refund with a valid receipt!

Hello and good afternoon staff, my wife and I decided to stop by and have some lunch this is our first time there on this of 08/30/the weather was rain rain rain as we enter the Jack's Old Fashion HamBurger House, we placed our order and paid for it, and it was a bit bussy, my wife & I were seated on our own I had to wait to be called by a number when our food was ready, to enjoyed my wife was saying to me it is cold in here, her and I just got over a cold caughting, caughtnig, and here were are in the fast food environment ceiling fans were on / the A/C was on it was so cold in side, I ask the staff to please turn off the ceiling fans and please lower the A/C they said to me the ceiling fans were to high up in the ceiling, poor poor poor excuses, and the staff & the Manager did not bother to care or apologize, to us, please keep me posted and thank you, so much, sign by, Mr *** ***, & have a great day
