I am rejecting this response because: Months after I complained about the situation and after filling a complaint with the Revdex.com I received a phone call from a women from Jacks who basically said we lied about talking to the manage. This company has very poor customer service from top down. Shame on JacksIn this Revdex.com letter Jacks again says we are lying. How long does it take you to travel miles each way ? Do the math. I have morals and values and Jacsks and the people running the place obviously do not and this is why Jacks has very poor customer service*** *** went to Jacks and she can identify the manager that lied to her about “sending us something” your training is your word and again has no credibility and you are incorrect. These are the facts. I am providing feedback to you as a company so you can fix it, do some damage control, do better business I speak for the many who cannot get in touch with youNow months later I receive a check for $10.75. That is another slap in the face. What I want is for you to write an apology letter, allow easy access for customer to contact you if they have food poisoning or you failed to get an order correct. Shame on you Jacks. Send me $plus a letter of apology. You have forever lost the business of everyone I know

Hello, I work for Jacks Urban Eats and recently received a letter saying that we have failed to respond to a complaintWe have reviewed the complaint and after talking to our managers about the situation, we have resolved the issue. This being said, the complaint information was unclear
It was stated that the customer who had the initial bad experience sent her friend in to receive a full refundHer reason for not going herself was because she lived "40" minutes away, when we checked the address provided she was only minutes awayShe also stated that her friend said the manager asked her for her email and told her we would send her "something"Our managers are trained to never ask for an email, there would be no reason for thisManagers are trained to handle all situations in store as soon as they ariseThis leads us to believe that the person sent to get the refund was not being completely honest. Since, the person with the initial complaint had not been involved with any of the communication process it was impossible to really understand what happened and seemed to be very vague.A large part of this complaint was the fact that we do not have a contact email to voice complaintsAlthough, on our website we do have listed our *** and contact email that we check daily and respond to as quick as we can! Our inboxes never received an email from the woman voicing the complaint. After the investigation, we provided a refund check to the customer for the claimed missing sandwich in her order. Thank you
