under written, and signed contract, to provide certain services to the guest for their event. Each and every obligation of the signed contract was met in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
We do not provide, as part of our contracted services, umbrellas, bases, heaters, additional lighting, additional cleanup or extra items, etc that are not specifically written into the contract.
