Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 16, 2016/04/06) */ Case XXXXXXXX Consumer: [redacted] Business: Jackalope Ranch To Whom It May Concern: This reply is In response to the guest complaint to the Revdex.com regarding our restaurant, and their special event charges We were under written, and signed contract, to provide certain services to the guest for their eventEach and every obligation of the signed contract was met in accordance with the contract terms and conditions We do not provide, as part of our contracted services, umbrellas, bases, heaters, additional lighting, additional cleanup or extra items, etc that are not specifically written into the contractThe guest knows and acknowledges what is covered in the contract before the event occurs, and is required to sign the contract with this understandingWe do have the signed contract on file, and this is standard operating procedure We understand their concerns, and are sympathetic to their inquiry, however, special arrangements were not made prior to their event During this, and any other event, when changes and adjustments are made by the guest, there are and will be, charges incurred for the purchase/use of additional non-contractual equipmentAlso note the charges in question, when brought to our attention, were refunded Furthermore, these guests intentionally trashed their service area before vacating our premisesThey were continually confrontational, and had multiple complaints during their eventOur Executive Chef personally cooked their lunch and our Restaurant Manager and Director of Group Services were personally involved in servicing their event, and insuring the event was executed as promisedNOTHING we did pleased, or even minimally satisfied themJust because they are the customer, it does not mean they are always right Thank you for your time on this inquiry Best regards, [redacted] Director of Operations Jackalope Ranch

We do not provide, as part of our contracted services, umbrellas, bases, heaters, additional lighting, additional cleanup or extra items, etc that are not specifically written into the contract.
