Not all reviews qualify, for example reviews that compare one product to another product or just review the company's shipping or service (testimonials) these are some of the reviews that are not used.This customer has been given reward points for each and every review that was approved and is on the siteIt is disappointing that this customer can not pick up the phone and talk to me. I am rejecting this response because:This business is now at least acknowledging that I placed orders with themHowever, they are still trying to say that they were never paidThey also say that they do not know who *** wholesale is but this is who delivered my products from the first order and who took out the money from my first order, and who charged the 2nd order incorrectlyI also emailed them the copy of the tracking number from this same *** when the 1st order was delivered. I don't know if this is their distributor but this is who delivered my first orderI could provide that as well if neededMy account shows that money was taken out and I have the first order in my possession. So all I am asking for is the difference. My account was hit again for that second order only the amount was a little off, so I deserve a refund for the difference. I did place orders, was charged correctly for the first order, received it, was extremely pleased, then placed a 2nd and was then charged for it. This company says they never received any payment, but I did receive my first order and was charged. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***. Yesterday I withdrew my complaint and asked for it all to just end. I reached out to the company and asked for the same, I will handle the payment matters through my bank account and just dispute the transaction in that manner.
