We offer a 20-day trial period of our product, and...

users are encouraged to cancel via our ease cancellation system: www.jackedantler.com/cancel. Our terms are also listed on our payment page.This customer kept the product beyond the trial period and incurred the charge for the product received. The customer then filed for a dispute with his/her bank, and received his/her money back in doing so. We would have loved to offer customer a refund, but he/ she did not contact us in order to settle the issue.
The customer received the money back in full.
