I purchased a gas package air conditioner from budget air supplyafter it arrived I took off the card board and the top and side of unit was damagedthe freight company that was hired by budget to deliver it was southeastern freight and they will not pay for new one saying it was damaged when they picked it up from budgetnow I have spent over $1,and have a wrecked air conditioner sent by budget its hot and I have no working air conditioner

they ship me the wrong item and then tell me they had reached to when they had notWhen I left feedback about my experience they refused to ship me the correct item beware of this companyThey will cost you time and money

Great place to do business with two things where damaged in shipping and I didn't sign off on the pad and square to round duct. Angela made it right and definitely would buy again from them.THANKS,

I recently had my air conditioning replaced by Budget Air and had nothing but a pleasant experience from start to finish. The date that was originally scheduled for installation, it rained ALL DAY LONG, thanks to the lovely Florida weather, and it happened to be a Saturday. I explained that I needed a weekend day as my husband and mysself work Monday through Friday. SO, THE VERY NEXT DAY, a SUNDAY, Jorge and Javier came out and did the install. We have been so very pleased with everything and everyone we have come into contact with there at Budget Air. Angela, Jorge, George, John, and Javier, KUDDOS to you all. Thank you for all that you did to make sure we are satisfied customers. I will defintely refer anyone that needs A/C services to your place of business. Thanks again, to you ALL.
