Treasures has made statements that I, sadly, do not believe to be true or cannot accept:1. To my knowledge, Treasurers has not tried to call/contact me several times, including after they received a letter from my lawyer. A Treasures staff person called me once this winter after I inquired about my watch, and let me know that the repair place was closed due to a storm, but he would follow up. (He did not). After eight months of my following up and not hearing back from them about my watch, I made a complaint with Revdex.com and contacted a lawyer. My laywer sent Treasures a letter and they emailed back seven days later. That email, and their Revdex.com response, are the ONLY other times that Treasures has responded to me. I have several times checked the phone number that they have for me in their "follow up book," and it is correct.
2. Treasures did make an offer to resolve the loss or theft of my watch, but it was unreasonably low. I could not accept it.If Treasures wishes to reasonably address their error, I will listen. They may make me a fair offer and/or continue to talk with my lawyer. (Or, of course, locate my watch). I would also appreciate if they would refer to me by my correct name.

They are obviously not satisfied with out proposal, but please accept this is our response:   Thank you for your response. At this point of time there is not reason to go back and forth and accuse each other of how many phone calls each one of us made and received. The fact is, we do not have the watch and we aknowdlge it. Our offer still stands at $400 cash and we are willing to offer an additional $200 of store credit for [redacted] to come and pick something out for herself. This is the best that we can do and we give sincere apologies that this situation happened in the first place.     Thank you, Anna
