I am not satisfied with this because the order total of was and whatever the change wasThis is months later and still no solid resolutionI have not contacted the company anymore or tried to pursue this because this is beyond stressful, as a customer I should not be taking this much time out to help you correct your mistakeThis is horrible as I stated before I wanted my full refundI don't care to deal with this anymore! I have been taken advantage of and there has been no resolution by anyone and it is very sad to know that a business can basically rip someone off of their hard earned money and no one cares to do anything about it I initially placed the order 1st or 2nd week of September here we are in November and still no where

I reached out to Mr*** via email and sent him a pre-paid UPS labelHe sent back his product and we provided him with a full refund on July 7thThe credit memo attached shows proof of this refund

I have reviewed your order [redacted] and I called the number on file. There was no response. I am very sorry that your order was cancelled.  Please know that our online inventory includes in-store inventory as well, and it’s based on real time data. Therefore, your product was available somewhere when you placed the order. It was sold out before fulfillment could take place. I truly apologize for the inconvenience.   I will be happy to place a new order with you and honor 30 dollars off the order.
