I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I appreciate the response, however, when I was given the original estimate I was also given a time frame of 2 weeks, not 2 months. And the customer service well let's just say there was none if I didn't call for an update I never heard from him. And it was always a few more days, which turned into 2 months. I am outraged at how long it took to complete the service. There is no excuse for that.

On the original estimate for the water pump and timing belt she was given a discount of over $600. She paid only $99 labor plus less than $100 for parts. When they came to pick up the vehicle the bill was $2200 which she had approved the estimate for. I gave her an additional $300 discount if they...
paid cash. They paid with a credit card check from [redacted] which cost me another 8 percent to process or about $150. On top of that I gave her another $80 off the bill. So between the original $600 discount and $380 discount and $150 processing fee for a credit card check her total discounts are already are already $1130 in discounts. I feel that more than compensat d for her loss of time. Her check engine light was her n because of a coolant bypass valve which was a code it originally came in withbesides the overheating code. The customer bounced the check with msg funds so at this point in time no payment of any kind has been made and I am out all this money. I will be looking inyoa lawyer for collection unless the customer wants tomakean arrangement to pay for this badcheck
