This customer asked us for several pictures in which we sent him multiple pictures of the vehicle which was in good shape with minor dent and a cracked windshield that are pretty much expected when purchasing a vehicle with 170,000 miles and it was disclosed! I personally drove this vehicles and put...

roughly 200-300 miles on it and had absolutely no problems what so ever... This vehicle passed emissions with no problem or we would have never sold it since it is required under state law. The customer did receive his title about the day he made this ridiculous claim, the reason it took a little longer than normal is because we had sent the paperwork to be signed and sent back which there was a delay on the customers end. Dynasty Auto Group has went above and beyond to try and resolve this dispute. This vehicle had passed to full inspections one before we purchased the vehicle and one after we purchased this vehicle. Sincerely,[redacted]?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of theoffer I reviewed appear below.
Good Evening,The following are my responses to Dynasty Auto Group:"This customer asked us for several pictures in which we sent him multiple pictures of the vehicle which was in good shape with minor dent and a cracked windshield that are pretty much expected when purchasing a vehicle with 170,000 miles and it was disclosed!"My response: I asked for a picture of the cracked windshield, and a picture of the tag in the trunk that has the 3 character option codes. Those are the only pictures I asked for. The only other pictures I've ever seen were those listed on Auto trader and Craigslist."I personally drove this vehicles and put roughly 200-300 miles on it and had absolutely no problems what so ever... This vehicle passed emissions with no problem or we would have never sold it since it is required under state law."My response: The vehicles computer does not lie and can not be altered. Using RossTech VCDS/VagCom (proprietary AudiVW diagnostic program), there is a log that shows the original date of the malfunction as well as the number of times it has reoccurred. I ran this tool upon delivery of the car and I have the initial full scan to support my claim. Here is the information regarding the parking brake:02439 - Right Parking Brake Motor Hall Sensor             004 - No Signal/Communication - MIL ON             Freeze Frame:                    Fault Status: 11110100                    Fault Priority: 4                    Fault Frequency: 76                    Reset counter: 74                    Mileage: 228024 km                    Time Indication: 0                    Date: 2014.01.11                    Time: 15:34:22As you can see, the initial date of the malfunction was 1/11/14. The fault has occurred 76 times and reset 74. There is a loud audible beep inside the car followed by a visual parking brake icon and the word "parking brake malfunction." So for the seller to claim that this was not an issue is clearly and blatantly false. This was just one issue, there are a host of others. This one however is my primary safety concern."The customer did receive his title about the day he made this ridiculous claim, the reason it took a little longer than normal is because we had sent the paperwork to be signed and sent back which there was a delay on the customers end."My response: I did not receive the title the day made the complaint, it was days later. I'm not sure how the seller would even know when it arrived since the title, a very important document, was sent in regular mail with no sort of tracking. I was delayed in returning paperwork to the seller, but that was for the temporary tags and had nothing at all to do with the title. I asked on several different occasion where the title was and I got one lie after another. The first inquiry into the title was on 8/29/14. On that date I was told it was in the office and would go out that Monday. I did not get the title until around the 15th of September. I paid for the car on the 26th of July. Almost two months to receive a title is absolutely ridiculous."Dynasty Auto Group has went above and beyond to try and resolve this dispute. This vehicle had passed to full inspections one before we purchased the vehicle and one after we purchased this vehicle." My response: Dynasty Auto Group has done absolutely nothing to resolve this complaint. I am very curious to know exactly what the seller feels like they have done "above and beyond" to resolve this dispute? The seller did not even acknowledge the brake issue or costs to repair, instead choosing to bury their head in the sand even with clear empirical evidence to the contrary. I also never dealt with Troy, I only dealt with Peter. I'm not sure why Troy is the one responding since he may not be aware of the conversations or numerous text messages Peter and I shared. I agree that many of the cosmetic issues are consistent with  he age and mileage. My issue is that there many things that were not disclosed. Chips, dings, scratches, stains, broken/missing interior parts  - all of these pale in comparison to the very obvious and undisclosed front end damage.Dynasty Auto Group is a car dealership. These gentlemen purchase cars from auctions to sell to the public. They are (or at least should be) trained to spot things when buying vehicles. It was very clear even to a layperson that there had been damage and paintwork to the front end of the Audi. So either Dynasty Auto Group has no idea what they are doing as car salesmen, or they were being intentionally deceptive. I believe the latter. The expense of the repairs to the emergency brakes has not been addressed. There is no state in this country that would allow a car to pass a safety inspection with a malfunctioning parking brake. And I've already proven when the fault took place.
Regards,
